Request Client Documents Workflow

This workflow enables you to automatically request specific documents from your client directly through the LegalServer and Docassemble integration.

To begin, navigate to the LegalServer matter profile and click the Request client documents link under the Docassemble Interviews block.

Step 1: Initiating the Request

Upon launching the workflow, you will be greeted with the primary interface to configure your document request.

Specifying Documents

You will be prompted to select or type out exactly which documents you need from the client (e.g., Pay Stubs, Lease Agreement, Utility Bills).

Review and Send

Once you have configured the necessary documentation types, follow the prompts to finalize the request. Docassemble will handle securely reaching out to the client and attaching the files to the LegalServer matter once they are uploaded.
